December in Laval

Maine Attelage is offering you the chance to check out the Lights in Laval in a horse drawn carriage.

The route starts from the riverside between the Pont Vieux and the Pont de L'Europe.

Departures from 5pm until 8 pm, the 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th of December, and then from the 21st to the 30th depending on weather conditions.

Prices €6 per adult, free for children under 5 yrs accompanied by an adult.

 12th - 15th December - Laval Christmas Market.

With nearly 70 christmas chalets, brimming with gift ideas, decorations and locally produced crafts and food. The theme this year is Romanian with the twinning town of Suceava playing an important part in the proceedings.
Father Chrsitmas will be there on Friday 13th December at 6.30pm.

Ice-Skating in Laval

From the 7th of December until the 5th January 2014, the ice-skating rink will be open. Situated in the Place du 18 Juin, the cost is only €1 per person including skate hire.

A River Cruise at Christmas
From the 1st December until the 6th January 2014 you can take a boat along the river to see the Laval Lights.
